Structural Analysis and Fatigue Life Study of Concrete Pump Truck Boom

After the finite element model of each arm is established,the model is assembled using the ANSYS parametric language APDL,and constraints and loads are applied to the model.In ANSYS,the multi-condition calculation of the concrete pump truck boom is carried out.The finite element calculation and analysis types include static calculation,nonlinear static calculation,modal calculation and fatigue life calculation.The static calculation results are analyzed,focusing on observing the stress distribution of each boom under the maximum stress condition,so as to know the stress concentration area and design weakness of the boom structure,and perform geometric nonlinear static calculation for dangerous conditions.,to provide certain reference data for the optimization and improvement of the boom system.
The modal analysis of the jib system can obtain the natural frequency and mode shape of the jib structure under dangerous working conditions,and can also provide corresponding theoretical data for improving the jib vibration and avoiding resonance.The research on the fatigue life of the boom focuses on the change of the fatigue life under the premise of changing the strength of the boom structure.Xinrui Heavy Industry conducted a strain test experiment on the boom structure,and used a dynamic tester and a resistance strain gauge to test the stress and strain of the boom structure.The results obtained from the test are sorted out and compared with the results of the finite element calculation and analysis,so as to obtain the relative deviation and absolute deviation between the calculated value of the finite element analysis and the experimental test value.Based on this,the accuracy of the finite element calculation result is verified.sex.
