Workflow of Concrete Batching Plant
The concrete batching plant is mainly composed of five major systems,such as mixer,material weighing,material conveying,material storage and control,and other auxiliary facilities.It is a combined device for centrally mixing concrete.There are four parts:material feeding,water and external feeding,transmission,stirring and storage.
1.When the mixer control system is powered on,it can enter the operation interface of the man-machine dialogue,and the system starts to initialize the formula number,concrete grade,slump,and production volume.
2.Test each batching bin and weighing hopper according to the weighing,and output the material empty or full signal to prompt the operator whether to start the stirring control program and feed the sand and stone belt motor to the weighing hopper;
3.Open the butterfly valve of the fly ash and cement tank,start the screw machine motor to transport the fly ash and cement to the measuring bucket;open the control valve of the water silo and the admixture pool to make the water and admixture flow into the measuring bucket;when the metering meets the setting Open the metering bucket door again when required,and let the ingredients enter the mixer for stirring and mixing;
4.At the set time,open the door of the mixer to let the concrete enter into the mixer truck that has received the material.Truemax Industry specializes in the production of concrete batching plant equipment,and has close and good cooperative relations with many well-known machinery operating institutions at home and abroad.The products are exported to Vietnam,Myanmar,Mongolia,West Asia and many countries in the Middle East.
5.The company has advanced production equipment,a complete product testing center and quality assurance system,and through the implementation of the ISO 9000-2008 quality management system,as well as a sound and refined production management system,to ensure that each product is pre-sale,in-sale and after-sale.perfect combination
