Concrete mixing station type
1.Group code HZ is concrete mixing station,HL is concrete mixing building;The number of installed machines in Arabic numerals standard,single machine can be omitted;Mixer type code S is double horizontal shaft type,D is single horizontal shaft type,T is planetary type,W is vortex slurry type,F is tapered inclined discharging type,Z is tapered inverted discharging type;The main parameter code is productivity,unit:m³/h;
2.Take HZS180 type mixing station as an example:

Among them:
⑴H-stands for concrete
⑵Z-stands for mixing plant,the letter L stands for mixing plant
⑶S-means that the mixer configured(main machine)is a forced double horizontal shaft machine,if the forced single horizontal shaft machine is represented by the letter D
(4)180-means that a 3m³mixer can theoretically produce a tray of 3m³ash per minute,60 minutes per hour,60 times of ash beating,and the corresponding concrete output is 3×60=180 m³.
If"2"is added before these symbols,it means that the configuration of the mixing station is double unit(double line),such as double unit 180 station is 2HZS360.
In fact,an HZS180 concrete mixing plant production line can not produce 180m³concrete per hour under normal circumstances.In GB/T10171,if the cycle type mixing station uses the forced mixer,the number of working cycles is:when the host is 1.5m³~2m³,it should be more than 40 times/h.Taking the 120 stations with 2m³machine as an example,the minimum ash output should be more than 80m³/h,and when the host is greater than 2m³to 4m³,it should be more than 35 times/h.
3,mixing station products are ready-mixed(fresh)concrete,the so-called ready-mixed concrete refers to the concrete mixing station mixing system,without tamping qualified uniform concrete,generally also known as commercial concrete.And the so-called uniform concrete is to point to the relative error of mortar density in concrete is not more than 0.8%,the relative error of coarse aggregate quality in unit volume concrete is not more than 5%of the concrete.
4,the main difference between mixing station and mixing building is:mixing station is divided into the main building and storage of aggregate warehouse.If the aggregate storage bin is moved above the main stirring building,it is the stirring building.Statistically speaking,the number of customers to build mixing stations is much more than building mixing buildings.The reason is to build mixing station total investment less,short construction time.
