Preparations for concrete mixing station before operation:
1. Make sure that our mixing barrels, transmission devices, operation departments, warehouse doors, tracks, etc. are free of debris.
2. Check the remaining oil in the deceleration, and add it in time if the oil is insufficient.
3. The iron frame structure of the main engine of the mixing station needs to be reinforced, positioned and the actual operation of the emergency braking device.
4. Check the running status of the equipment. After confirming that the mixing system is normal, the production of the system can be started, and it is strictly forbidden to stop or start with load.
Common problems after concrete batching plant operation:
1. If the equipment needs to be cleaned or repaired, please turn off the equipment in time and lock the power door directly. Persons other than maintenance personnel are not allowed to approach.
2. The cleaning staff should close the door of the cement silo, transport the concrete in the pipe, clean it, and do not leave any concrete in the pipe.
3. The temperature in winter is relatively low, the water in the water pump and the water storage tank should be drained, and the water pump and the additional pump should be operated for 1-2 minutes.
4. Repair and maintain machinery and equipment, fill lubricating points with grease, and apply oil and rust prevention to the parts that need to be maintained.
