The reason for the pollution of the hydraulic system of the concrete pump truck?-truemax
The experimental research of the manufacturer has proved that 70% of the failures of the hydraulic system of the concrete pump truck are caused by the three factors of pollution, overheating and entering air.
The experimental research results show that 75% of the failures of the hydraulic system of the concrete pump truck are caused by the three factors of pollution, overheating and entering air. If you understand some basic principles and understand the main factors that cause failures, you can ensure that the system is in good working condition for a long time! The details are as follows:
1. The working oil is deteriorated due to the entry of dirt. The sources of the dirt (such as ash, sand, soil, etc.) entering the oil are:
(1) The outside of the system is not clean. Dirty substances are brought into the system when refueling or checking the oil level, or into the system through damaged oil seals or sealing rings;
(2) Internal cleaning is not thorough. Traces of dirt residue remain in the fuel tank or components;
(3) The refueling container or utensils are unclean;
(4) rust is produced in the pipe due to hot bending of the oil pipe during manufacture;
(5) Improper storage of oil, unclean or deteriorated before adding to the system;
(6) Oil that has gradually deteriorated will corrode parts. Corroded metals may become free molecules suspended in the oil.
2. Overheating of the system may be caused by one or more of the following reasons:
(1) Air or moisture enters the oil. When the hydraulic pump converts the oil into pressure oil, the air and moisture will contribute to the increase of heat and cause overheating;
(2) The oil level in the container is too high, and the oil is strongly stirred, causing overheating;
(3) Poor quality oil may thin out, suspend foreign matter, or have an affinity for water, which can also cause heat generation;
(4) The rated working capacity is exceeded during operation, thus generating heat;
(5) Improper adjustment of the oil return valve, or failure to replace damaged parts in time, sometimes also generates heat.
3. The reasons for entering air into the air oil are as follows:
(1) When refueling, it is improperly poured down, causing air bubbles to be mixed into the oil and brought into the pipeline;
(2) The joint is loose or the oil seal is damaged, and the air is sucked in;
(3) The oil suction pipeline is worn, scratched or corroded, so the air enters.
