Concrete mixer safety operation rules-truemax
The safe operation of concrete mixers is something that every worker must learn,which is conducive to some bad accidents during the operation.
1.Before starting the machine,our engineers must carefully check whether there is any abnormality in the electrical appliances,whether the safety protection facilities are reliable,and whether there are operators in the equipment operation range.
2.Be sure to start the deceleration motor before use,and wait for the machine to rotate normally before feeding.It is forbidden to start the machine after feeding the machine when it is running.If the electrical appliance fails,the material in the machine must be emptied first.,to start checking that the mixer is working.
3.The material cannot contain metal debris to avoid damage to our rotor blades.
4.When the weather is relatively cold,clean the water pump,store water in the water tank,and start it from time to time to maintain the machine.So as not to be too cold and let the machine cool too much.
5.When the mixer is out of use,the materials in the water tank,cement,sand,stone storage hopper and weighing hopper should be drained and cleaned.
6.Before operation:The mixer should be started with no-load operation.It should be confirmed that the direction of rotation of the stirring blade or the blade is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the cylinder.For the mixer with reverse discharge,the mixing drum should be run forward and reverse for several minutes,and there should be no shock jitter and abnormal noise.
7.After the operation,the hopper should be lowered to the bottom of the pit,and when it needs to be raised,it should be fastened with a chain or a latch.
